Common questions
Should I choose RoRo or container shipping?
RoRo is often suitable for running vehicles. Containers can suit multiple vehicles, high-value cars or non-running units. We recommend an option after checking your vehicle, destination and available sailings.
Can you arrange transport within Japan only?
Yes. We arrange auction pickups, dealer transfers, port-yard deliveries and customer deliveries within Japan. An overseas shipment is not required.
What is included in a freight quote?
The quote sets out the agreed freight, transport, port, yard, document and insurance charges as applicable. Destination duties, taxes and local charges are identified separately and depend on the import country and agreed terms.
Which documents will I receive?
Depending on the shipment, documents include the export certificate, commercial invoice, bill of lading, required inspection certificates and an insurance certificate when cover has been arranged.
